Clinic Lunch Hour from 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (No DVM Present)
Saturday:
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mobile Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Last Walk-In appointments taken between 3:30 PM – 3:45 PM)
Sunday:
Clinic Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Mobile Clinic Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Last Walk-In appointments taken between 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM)

*Clinic is appointment-based with the ability to take walk-in & drop-off appointments depending on schedule and the Doctor’s availability.
*Penny Paws Animal Clinic Richland Hills is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving advance notice or misses an appointment, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, we have updated our Cancellation & Deposit Policy as of August 1st, 2025.
- All in-clinic appointments can now be scheduled without paying a deposit; however, cancellation without providing a full 24-hour notice or a no-show may result in a deposit being required for all future appointments.
- All surgery appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation without providing a full 24-hour notice or a no-show will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
- Please arrive at your appointment 5 -10 minutes early to ensure being seen on time, as we do not have grace periods.
- If you are not present at the time of your appointment, you may be charged an additional fee to be worked in (subject to the clinic having the availability to see a work-in appointment).
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and Scratch Loans.
